AI governance · IA 360° line

Assessment and programme: regulatory, technical or integrated

Did you know?Misusing AI can cost up to €35 million or 7% of worldwide annual turnover. The IA 360° integrated assessment costs €7,500: barely 0.02% of that figure. An SME can be fined up to 3% of its annual turnover (7% in the most serious cases): for a company with €1 million in turnover, up to €30,000. The SME express assessment costs €1,490.
For SMEs · first step
  • SME express assessment (regulatory + technical)1 week · inventory of AI uses, risks, 3 prioritised opportunities, short report and a 1-hour session. Fully deducted if you then commission another service.€1,490
Phase 1 · Assessment (2–3 weeks)
  • Regulatory AI Act exposure assessmentInventory of AI uses (including unauthorised use), classification by risk level, risk map (bias, transparency, data protection), obligations already in force, executive report and session with management. Know where the organisation is exposed and what to fix first.€4,500
  • Technical assessment + executive session · ReinventIA360°Processes, systems and data across all departments, interviews with each area, opportunities prioritised by return and recommended architecture. Know what to implement first and with which technology.€4,500
  • ★ IA 360° integrated assessmentBoth assessments in one process: a single inventory, one round of interviews and a joint report that cross-references opportunities and risks. Saving: €1,500.€7,500
Phase 2 · Programme (4–8 weeks)
  • Governance and compliance programmePreventive roadmap with measures, owners and deadlines; internal AI use policy; transparency, human oversight and bias mitigation; alignment with GDPR and ISO/IEC 42001; management training (Art. 4); report and board presentation.€9,500
  • AI Master Plan · ReinventIA360°Target architecture, projects prioritised in phases, integration with CRM, ERP and management systems, budget and return estimate, and delivery schedule.€9,500
  • ★ IA 360° integrated programmeGovernance and Master Plan developed in parallel: every technical project is compliant by design. Saving: €2,500.€16,500
Why choose the integrated line, beyond the saving
  • Compliance by design: every technical project is built in line with the AI Act and GDPR, with nothing to redo or withdraw later.
  • One view: a single report that cross-references opportunities and risks, instead of two that don't talk to each other.
  • Less internal workload: one inventory and one round of interviews.
  • Better investment decisions: priorities ranked by return and regulatory risk at the same time.
  • A single lead: I direct both parts, so there is no need to coordinate a legal adviser and a technology provider separately.
  • Accountability to third parties: show clients, auditors and public bodies that your AI is useful and properly governed.
  • A basis for funded training: the assessment identifies which roles need Art. 4 training, eligible for FUNDAE funding in Spain.

Free, no-obligation 30-minute first call. Assessment and programme for organisations with 50 or more people; for SMEs, the express assessment. Continuity: if the programme of the same line is commissioned after an assessment, 50% of the assessment is deducted. Prices exclude VAT; fixed written proposal. Fines: maximum amounts under Article 99 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689; the actual amount depends on the infringement and the circumstances, and for SMEs and start-ups the lower of the two amounts applies. This is governance and compliance consulting and does not constitute legal advice: where needed, conformity assessment and formal legal advice are provided together with a qualified lawyer or compliance team.

Frequently asked questions

Before we start

AI training, the EU AI Act, the Virtual Classroom, fees and ways of working.

Which services do I provide directly?

AI training and AI literacy, advice on governance and compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR and ISO/IEC 42001, talks and seminars, professional mentoring and coaching, and instructional design of SCORM courses for virtual campuses. Software development and AI implementation are contracted through ReinventIA360°.

What does Article 4 of the EU AI Act require?

The AI literacy obligation has applied since February 2025. Following its amendment by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (the Digital Omnibus), Article 4 requires those who develop or use AI systems to take proportionate measures to support AI literacy among their staff, without setting a specific level for each person. My training programmes help organise and document those measures, starting from how each team actually uses AI. This is general information and not legal advice.

Can the training be funded through FUNDAE?

Yes. For companies in Spain, training can be funded through FUNDAE if the company has training credit available and the requirements of employer-scheduled training are met. The recoverable amount depends on each company's credit and the current funding rates.

How much does training or an assessment cost?

Indicative fees are on the services page: role-based training for SMEs starts at €90 per person (within the FUNDAE funding module), an applied 4–8 hour intensive workshop costs €2,400, the SME express assessment €1,490 and an AI Act exposure assessment with an executive session €4,500 (€7,500 in its IA 360° integrated regulatory and technical version). Every proposal is agreed in writing with its scope, timeline and price.

Do you work in person or online?

Both. I deliver training, talks and mentoring in person, online or blended. I am based in the province of Alicante (Spain) and work with organisations across Spain and beyond; outside the province, travel and expenses are quoted separately.

Who do you work with?

Universities and schools, leadership teams, HR departments and corporate teams that need to adopt AI ethically, with well-prepared people and in line with European regulation.

How do we start?

Write to me through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp and tell me what you need. I reply within 24 working hours and, if it is a good fit, I send you a proposal with a written scope.

What training does the Virtual Classroom offer?

Online programmes on applied and responsible artificial intelligence. The first, “Generative AI at work: practical, safe and responsible use”, is 20 hours of online learning in Spanish. Enrolment is already open on the Virtual Classroom page.

Is the training online?

It can be. Training for organisations is delivered in person, online or in a blended format, and the Virtual Classroom offers fully online programmes.

Do you issue certificates?

Yes. Training for organisations includes a certificate of achievement when the assessment and attendance requirements are met. Virtual Classroom programmes include a free certificate of completion and an optional digital and printed certificate of achievement with a LinkedIn badge.

Do you work with individuals and with companies?

Yes. With organisations I work on training, AI governance and talks; with professionals, on mentoring, coaching and individual training.

How many people can take part in a training course?

It depends on the format: from one-to-one or board sessions to groups and department-wide programmes. Numbers are set in each proposal to keep quality high.

Can the training be adapted to my organisation?

Yes. Each programme starts from how the team actually uses AI, its sector and its roles, and the case studies, length and assessment are adjusted accordingly.

How do you work with universities?

Through teaching, seminars and talks, instructional design of courses for virtual campuses and research collaboration on AI, governance and corporate social responsibility.

How long does a proposal take?

I reply to every enquiry within 24 working hours. After a first conversation to define the scope, we agree a deadline for the written proposal.
