An interdisciplinary view for complex problems
I am Jair Eliseo Duarte Pérez, a lecturer, researcher and consultant working where ethical artificial intelligence, corporate governance, social responsibility and talent development meet.
I am carrying out my doctoral research in Law and Society at the Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA), on adopting algorithmic systems with transparency, bias mitigation, sustainability and compliance with the EU AI Act.
My profile combines a management background (Business Administration, Marketing and Logistics) with legal and teaching training, which lets me turn academic debate into frameworks that work for universities, institutions and leadership teams.
